Sylvan Heights is a condominium complex located on the Washington county side of the West Hills in Portland, Oregon. The city of Portland is less than two hours drive from Mt Hood and the Cascade Range to the east.  The rugged beauty of the Pacific Coast is less than an hour drive to the west. Portland is a beautiful city which has consistently ranked as one of the country's most livable cities. Constructed in 1977 and 1978 the Sylvan Heights complex comprises 272 units and recreation center/clubhouse. Floor plans range from studio to two bedroom units. Some condos on the upper section of the complex have a view of the Coast Range while some in the lower section are near a small creek and green space.
